We have a variety of Body Work Therapists. Bodywork Treatments are numerous and available at Natural Health and Detox Healing Spa for you to enjoy and relax; and to be pampered. Massage is a great tool to aid in detoxification, helping the body to release toxins sitting stagnant in your body.

Nahaia Russ N.D trained with 800 hours massage and body work course included in her Naturopathic Training. Nahaia includes extensive massage experience since 15 years and has lectured energy and chakra balancing at Wellpark College for 2 years. She incorporates cranio sacral therapy into massage or often recommends one hour session of cranio sacral as a stand alone treatment. A very re-balancing and re-energising session which helps a whole range of health conditions towards improvement.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage - 60 minutes - $80 / 90 minutes $120

Swedish, Relaxation, Pulsing, Sports, GAT (generalised articulation technique), Pfrimer (cross fibre), fascia release, lymphatic drainage and Reflexology Massage is available.

Aromatherapy is always included in quality organic massage oils.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy/Energy Balancing

60 minutes $100 new client

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive holistic natural therapy, which is beneficial in treating a wide range of conditions. By working with the cranio sacral fluid and pulses in the sacrum and cranium a re-balancing of cranio sacral fluid pressure is re-set to enhance your optimum wellbeing.

It is very relaxing and it is said that one hour cranio sacral session is equivalent to 4 hours sleep. It is a powerful and effective alternative health treatment that can bring about profound healing at all levels of our integrated being: physical, mental, energetic and emotional.

In an Energy balancing session, the practitioner uses her hands in a non-invasive way to clear, assess, and balance the client's energy system.

Kristy Logan

Kristy has been a Massage Practitioner for the past 15 years. She incorporates lymphatic drainage techniques, deep tissue, aromatherapy and relaxation massage.

She also use Massage as a way of connecting your body, mind and soul, helping to bring back balance.

Kristy is also trained in Reiki and Hot Stone Massage.

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses the ancient earth energy held within volcanic stones. The heat is both deeply relaxing and helps tight muscles to release.
Warm stones stimulate the blood circulation and the flow of oxygen and nutrients which help the body to detoxify and heal. Altogether they have a calming effect on the nervous system leaving you feeling very relaxed.
