I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance 10 years ago, so had committed to avoiding it but still had the odd instance where I was so sick from something I had eaten I was unable to go to work the next day. After completing a hair test, Nahaia identified other allergies (dairy, soy, potatoes) which were causing the problems, and up until I met with Nahaia I had been eating heaps of food to compensate for being unable to eat gluten. Not only did my stomach pains and constant bloating cease, I starting sleeping through the night, became less anxious, and can now be around animals without experiencing any hay fever and my asthma is now non-existent.
